During the last years Qatar has gained its importance in international diplomatic relations not only in the gulf region. The community has impressively developed its future-oriented infrastructure. Thanks to the enormous natural gas deposits, Qatar belongs to the worlds wealthiest regions. This allowed the country to renew itself in record time. With just twohundredfifty thousand native citizens the population is reletively small. But thousands of foreign specialists help for the fast growth. Cruising the Desert on Hot Machines

Harley-Davidson, that’s cult. More than just riding a motorbike, it’s kind of a complete lifestyle. The number of enthusiasts in Qatar is permanently growing. Their international confederation is the HOG, the Harley-Davidson Owners Group. Regularly they organize interesting events around the globe. It was the first time now, that Doha hosted one of their meetings. Between March 22. and 24. everything centered around the bikes. The Marriott Hotel, where lots of participants stayed, became kind of a racer’s quarters. Being the official host of HOG-events is quite a honourable task.  Read more... Spiderman climbs the Aspire Tower in Doha

Imagine you live or work in a skyscraper on one of the upper floors. Normally you would not expect somebody to look inside through the windows, except perhaps for the window cleaners. But there is one face you should be prepared for. The one of Alain Robert. The exceptional french climber prefers the exterior front of tall buildings, the taller the better. He already climbed up onto lots of impressive buildings, bridges and monuments all around the globe.
